  • locating private office spaces adjacent to work space to allow for business meetings or more quiet work space.

  • providing a versatile work space that accommodates different work styles.

aesthetic goals:

  • lobby is to feel welcoming and bright. 

  • coffee lounge is to feel cozy and inviting.

  • reading nook is to feel light and close to nature to provide a relaxing and calm environment.

  • work space is to feel refreshing and stimulating.

  • apartment units are to feel refreshing, open, and calm.

  • materials and finishes to feel warm and earthy.

sustainable goals

  • to promote public health and transportation efficiency by providing bike storage (LEED).

  • to reduce indoor water use consumption by using minimum flow volume and Water Sense labeled fixtures and fitting. (LEED).

  • to keep comfort of users in mind through ergonomics and acoustics,

  • to reduce energy consumption through lighting by utilizing responsive light controls and sensors. (WELL)

  • to nurture human-nature connection through warm and earthy finishes and biophilic design,
